PathDMS was developed by Williams Consulting, an Indigenous family-owned firm with more than two decades of leadership in program evaluation, strategic planning, and community research across Canada. Through years of evaluating social services, housing, health initiatives, and employment programs, our team saw firsthand how off-the-shelf software failed community organizations. Corporate platforms were often too complex, overly rigid, or unable to handle multi-stream funding models without manual workarounds. We built PathDMS as a modern, flexible alternative tailored specifically for the social sector. By connecting daily service logs directly to overarching program objectives, PathDMS simplifies team collaboration, protects sensitive participant data, and makes funder-ready reporting effortless.
